RENTAL PRICE SHEET (Off Season Fees*)

1.   GREAT ROOM ONLY:  $500.00 per event, 5 hour span for meetings, parties, reunions, weddings, receptions, etc.

$100.00 for each additional hour to extend an event

Ample time for decorating &/or work proceeding any event can be scheduled in advance at no additional fee.

NOTE:  Buckshot will have a contact person/activity supervisor on site for the duration of any event.  Meal options available at the rates listed below.

NOTE:  Each of the four side doors will remain locked & lattice structures are to remain at the entrance of each hallway.





2.   GREAT ROOM & USE OF ALL BEDROOMS:  $1,000.00 sleeps 28 in 14 rooms, the use of kitchen & contents is provided; however, this does not include food or chef.

NOTE:  This fee does not change depending on the number of rooms being used.  Additional meal options listed below.





3.   MENU:  You may choose from or combine any of the following meal options:

  1. Option of superior dinner menu (prime rib) $35.00 per person
  2. Option of regular dinner menu (chicken and fish) $15.00 per person
  3. Option of lunch menu (red beans & rice) $12.00 per person
  4. Option of continental breakfast menu: $5.00 per person
  5. Option of hearty breakfast menu: $10.00 per person

NOTE:  The food items listed above are only suggestions.  We have a complete list of meal selections for your approval.





4.   CATERED SPECIAL EVENTS, REHEARSAL DINNERS & WEDDINGS:  Priced per event.

NOTE:  Buckshot can provide bartenders & waitresses or waiters at $100.00 per service attendant at the renter's request.

Off -Season begins January 20 and ends November 15 of each year.  This is subject to change annually, due to the change in hunting season dates.





RULES, REGULATIONS & RESERVATION INFORMATION FOR SPECIAL EVENTS RENTAL:

All prices reflect the overhead costs of Buckshot DuckLodge.  We provide our own cleaning after each rental function.  Prices are non-negotiable & 50% deposit is required on date of booking to insure reservation confirmation.  All deposits are non-refundable, unless approved solely by the owner.  Taxes & gratuities not included.  Buckshot does not provide alcohol for any rental function.  This is the sole responsibility of the renter.  An approved credit card is required for the initial deposit; the renter can use a personal or business check for the remaining balance.  Any damage, theft, or destruction of property is the responsibility of the renter & will be billed to the renter accordingly.  There is a $ 100.00 fine to the renter for any persons smoking inside the facility.  Buckshot is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles of guests on the grounds or in the facility during use by
renter(s).  Prior to the scheduled event, the renter must sign a release of liability waiver.
